Greetings from the crystal-clear waters of the Thirty Mile River!
I’d like to thank all of my past guests who have sent in these comments and photos from their trips with me. I hope that they help convince you that a Yukon fishing or canoe trip is one that you will never forget!

Frank Chapman, Sierra Vista, AZ:
“In my life I have traveled all over the world. The Yukon is the most beautiful place I have ever seen! Rob is an excellent guide, easy to be with, his efficiency and personality are next to none. I felt very safe with him. He gave me the grandest new adventure of my life!”
* At 84 years young, Frank is the most senior adventurer to do a river trip with us (4 days on the Yukon River to Carmacks). I’m very proud to have had the opportunity of guiding Frank and the pleasure of getting to know him.

Nancy Ko:
“Four days of canoeing on the Yukon River, starting from Lake Laberge, was the perfect ending for our Klondike adventure. We went with Spirit of the North Guides for a leisurely and luxurious time on the river. A motorized skiff hauled our backpacks and camping supplies. We had a guide who cooked and pitched the tent for us. He even provided chairs for us to enjoy the campfire. We were served wine, fish, steak and pork for dinner and always a hearty breakfast of bacon, ham, eggs, toast and coffee. We canoed only as far and as much as we wanted. For a first time canoeist and a non-swimmer, Spirit of ther North was the way to go. I thoroughly enjoyed it!!”
